Design Turnaround Time
2 – 3 Working day turn around on most design orders
1 – 2 Working day turn around on all proof revisions
Resolution
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size.
Bleed
All file formats must have a minimum of 1/8″ (0.125″) BLEED on all edges of your job, and a 1/8″ (0.125″) SAFE area that has all critical design element such as text, pulled away from trim. Specify your trim area with crop marks (Do not place crop marks inside the work area).
Color Mode
All file formats must be converted to CMYK colorspace, all fonts outlined AND embedded
Printing Turnaround Time
2-3 Day (Rush) and 4-9 Day (Standard) working day turnaround available on print only orders
For example on a rush turnaround, if you send your files before 10:30 a.m. (CST) on Monday, you will receive an online proof within 24 hours. If you approve your proof before 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, then your job will be ready for pick-up or shipping at 4:00 p.m. (PST) on Wednesday or Thursday.
